Mascarpone Sponge Cake- Tort cu crema de mascarpone



My dears that's a simple cake, you can make it for any occasion. 

Tort simpul care il poti face pentru orice ocazie.
Servings:10-12
Total Time: 1hr

INGREDIENTS FOR SPONGE:
6 eggs
Pinch of salt
6 TBS sugar
4 TBS flour
2 TBS cocoa powder

FILLING:
600 ml double cream 
vanilla essence
one tub mascarpone(180gr)
3-4 TBS sugar.

SYRUP:
250 ml water 
2 TBS sugar

PREPARATION:
Sponge: Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. place the egg whites in a bowl , add a pinch of salt and mix them with a hand mixer until its becoming a thick foam. Add sugar and mix again until it is shining. After that add the egg yolks, and mix again. In the end add the flour and cocoa powder, stir them with a spatula. Place the batter in a round tray(9"- 23 cm ). Bake on the preheated oven at 180C for 35-40 min. Let it cool.
Filling:
Place the mascarpone in a bowl add sugar and vanilla and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Whip the cream until it gets a little bit thick  and add the mascarpone in it, and mix. We are doing that when we are ready to combine the sponge and the filling.
Syrup:
Stir the sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved. 

ASSEMBLY:
Cut the sponge in 3(2 cuts). Place the base on a plate , moist it with syrup, place 1/3 of filling and spread. Place the other part of the cake, moist and place the filling, and so on. 


TORT CU CREMA DE MASCARPONE

Timp Total: 1 hr

BLAT:
6 oua
 praf de sare
6 linguri zahar
4 linguri faina
2 linguri cacao

CREMA:
600 ml frisca
esenta de vanilie
mascarpone(180 gr.)
3-4 linguri zahar

SIROP:
250 ml apa
2 linguri zahar

PREPARARE:
Blat: Batem albusurile spuma cu praf de sare pana se fac spuma, adaugam zaharul si mixam pana devin lucioase, adaugam galbenusurile si mixam iarasi. la final adaugam faina si cu cacaoa, amestecam cu o spatula. Punem compozitia intr-o tava de 23 cm  si coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C pentru 35-40 min. Il lasam la racit.

Crema: punem mascarponele intr-un bol cu zaharul si esenta de vanilie, amestecam pana se topeste zaharul. Batem frisca cu mixerul pana devine putin tare apoi adaugam mascarponele si mixam pana se intareste. Crema o facem cand blatul este rece si suntem gata sa umplem tortul.

Sirop: Apa se amesteca cu zaharul pana se dizolva.

ASAMBLARE:
Taiem blatul in 3(2 taieturi). Punem o parte de blat pe platou, insiropam si punem o treime din crema, apoi blat insiropat , crema iar la final imbracam tortul.
