Lipii libaneze-Lebanese Wraps


Dragii mei intr-un final am facut si lipii...
Dupa cum stiti lippile le folosim la shaworma si nu numai 

"O lipie libaneza 
Se coace in viteza
O poti umple cu ce vrei 
La gustare iute o iei !"

Portii: 1 (8-10 bucati)
Timp total : 40-50 min.

INGREDIENTE
10 linguri cu varf de faina
un praf de sare
jumatate de cub  de drojdie proaspata
2 linguri ulei de masline
apa calduta 150 -200 ml

MOD DE PREPARARE
Faina cu sarea se pun in bol. Drojdia se dizolva in putina apa calduta si se adauga peste faina, in continuare adaugam uleiul de masline. Incepem sa framantam adaugand pe rand apa , pana obtinem un aluat ce poate fi intins. Adaugam putin ulei , framantam si lasam la dospit pana isi dubleaza volumul.
Din aluat facem bilute pe care le intindem cu sucitoarea foarte subtire (2 mm), punem lipiile in tigaie la rumenit si pe o parte si pe cealalta.

Serves: 1 (8-10 pieces) 
Total time: 40-50 minutes. 

INGREDIENTS 
10 heaping tablespoons of flour 
Pinch of salt 
half a cube of fresh yeast 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
150 -200 ml warm water 

PREPARATION 
Flour, salt put in bowl. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add it above the flour, continue to add olive oil. Begin to knead adding water at a time until we get a dough that can be stretched. Add a little oil, knead and leave to rise until doubled in volume. 
Make dough balls that stretch with rolling pin thin (2 mm), we put the dough in the pan and brown on one side and the other.
