Sarmalute cu varza dulce si scarita de porc

Preferatele noastre. Sarmalute cu varza dulce si afumatura . De fiecare data cand fac , fac 60-70 , care se termina rapid :D.. Va dati seama ce bune le fac :))

"Varza buna bunuta 
Facem iute sarmaluta
Buna de tot
Si se termina pe loc "!

INGREDIENTE:
o varza mare(2 potrivite)
2-3 linguri de otet
3 litri apa
500 gr carne tocata de porc
2 linguri ulei
1 legatura de ceapa verde
2 pumni de orez
2 linguri de pasta de rosii
200 ml suc de rosii( pasta de rosii diluata)
bors magic
sare
piper
cimbru 
marar
scarita de porc afumata

MOD DE PREPARARE
Carnea se pune in castron, se spala orezul bine si se adauga peste carne. ntr-o tigaie punem uleiul la incins, adaugam ceapa toacata si lasam la calit 5 minute, se adauga pasta de rosii, sare, piper, cimbru si marar , se mai lasa 2-3 minute sa se intrepatrunda aromele. Se lasa la racorit si se pune peste carne si se omogenizeaza.Se ia frunza de varza se taie in doua-trei, se pune compozitie , se ruleaza strans si se baga capetele frunzei inauntru.Se toaca varza, se pune pe fundul oalei , se pune afumatura si se aseaza sarmalele.Deasupra se mai pune un rand de varza tocata.Se acopera cu apa si se pun pe foc mare pana dau in clocot , iar apoi se lasa la foc mic 1 -2 ore (depinde de varza).

Cand sunt apropate fierte se adauga bors magic si  sucul de rosii sau pasta de rosii diluata cu apa si se mai lasa 10-20 min ..si se stinge focul.
POFTA BUNA!

Ps: Cam 60- 70 de sarmale mi-au iesit :)

Cabbage rolls

INGREDIENTS:
a large cabbage (2 matching)
2-3 tablespoons of vinegar
3 liters water
500 gr minced pork
2 tablespoons oil
1 bunch green onions
2 handfuls of rice
2 tablespoons tomato paste
200 ml tomato juice (diluted tomato paste)
bors magic
salt
pepper
thyme
dill
smoked pork ladder

PREPARATION
The meat is placed in the bowl, wash the rice well and put it on the meat. In a pan put  oil, add onion  and leave to cook for 5 minutes, add tomato paste, salt, pepper, thyme and dill, 2 to 3 minutes longer allow flavors to interpenetrate. Let it cool and put it on the meat and mix them. Take cabbage leaves cut into two or three, place the composition, roll tightly and put the ends of the leaf inside. Chop cabbage, place the bottom of the pot, place the smoked meat and place the cabbage rolls. Over  put a row of cabbage. Cover with water and cook on high heat until  bring to  boil, then let simmer 1 to 2 hours (depending on the cabbage).
When the cabbage rolls are approaching to be cooked add bors magic, tomato juice or tomato paste diluted with water and let to boil 10-20 minutes, after that we can turn off the fire.
