Spanac cu chiftelute

Noua ne place tare mult spanacul din gradina  si cum este timpul lui , facem destul de des..

Spanac, ca ne place mult
Langa el niste chiftele
Ca sa tot mananci din ele !"

Timpt total: 1 hr 

INGREDIENTE
SPANAC:
200-300 gr spanac fiert si pus la scurs
3-4 fire usturoi verde
1 lingura ulei 
1 lingura faina
sare
200-300 ml lapte.


CHIFTELE:
300 gr carne tocata de porc
2 felii de paine
5 fire de usturoi verde
1 ou
sare
piper
ulei pentru prajit

MOD DE PREPARARE
Spanacul il tocam. Punem la incins uleiul si adaugam usturoiul pisat sa se caleasca cateva secunde, adaugam faina, omogenizam , punem spanacul si adaugam laptele. Se lasa la fiert 20-25 min la foc mic cat sa fiarba si sa se ingroase si condimentam cu sare.
Carnea o punem in castron. Inmuiem feliile de paine in apa si le stoarcem si le punem peste carne. Tocam usturoiul verde si il punem in castron peste carne. Adaugam oul , condimentam cu sare si piper si facem chiftelute rotunde. Le prajim in uleiul incins.

Spinach meatballs

Servings: 4
Timpte total: 1 hr


INGREDIENTS
SPINACH:
200-300 gr  boiled spinach and put to drain
3-4 green garlic threads
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon flour
salt
200-300 ml of milk.

BALLS:
300g minced pork
2 slices of bread
5 wires green garlic
1 egg
salt
pepper
oil for frying

PREPARATION:
We chop the  spinach Put in hot oil and add garlic to carriage a few seconds, add the flour, homogenized, put spinach and add milk. Let boil 20-25 minutes on low heat and simmer how to thicken and season with salt.
Meat put it in the bowl. Soak bread slices in water and squeeze them and put them over the meat. Chop the green garlic and put it over the meat. Add the egg, season with salt and pepper and make round balls. We fry them  in hot oil.
