Spaghete cu sos..

"Spaghete cu sos si sunca
La noi indata se mananaca!"

INGREDIENTE:
300 gr spaghete
250 gr sunca
un ardei gras rosu 
3-4 fire de usturoi verde
busuioc oregano
1 lingura pasta de rosii
150 ml apa
1 lingura ulei 
sare
piper
oregano
busuioc

MOD DE PREPARARE
Pastele se fierb conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj, punem apa la clocotit cu sare, cand clocoteste punem pastele si fierbem 8 min. (Asa scria pe ambalajul lor). Le trecem pe sub jet de apa rece si le lasam la scurs.
Sos: uleiul in incingem , sunca o taiem cubulete si o punem in ulei putin , apoi adaugam usturoiul si ardeiul tocat marunt. Punem pasta de rosii si apa  si lasam sa fiarba la foc mic pana scade putin. Condimentam cu sare , piper, oregano si busuioc , lasam sa dea un colocot si oprim focul.

 Spaghetti with sauce and ham

INGREDIENTS:
300 gr spaghetti
250 gr ham
a red pepper
3-4 strands of green garlic
1 tablespoon tomato paste
150 ml water
1 tablespoon oil
salt
pepper
oregano
basil

PREPARATION
Boil the pasta as directed on package. They go under cold water and leave them to drain.
Sauce: Cut the ham into cubes and put it in a little oil, then add chopped garlic and pepper. Add tomato paste and water and let it simmer until reduced slightly. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and basil, let them boil a few min and stop the fire.
