Paine nedospita

Dragii mei , cum nu am avut chef sa mai las painea sa dospeasca, am pus-o direct la cuptor si a iesit minunata :)...

Fara prea multa munca
Fara sa dospeasca
A-nceput sa creasca "

Portii: 2
Timp de pregatire: 15-20 min
Timp de coacere: 40 -50 min.
Timp total: 1hr si 10 min

INGREDIENTE
500 gr faina
un praf de sare
400-500 ml apa calduta
25 gr drojdie proaspata
2 linguri ulei 


Sa framantam repede repede .:)
MOD DE PREPARARE
Faina si sarea se pun in castron.
Drojdia se dizolva in putina apa calduta si se toarna peste faina. Se pune apa pe rand , pana obtinem un aluat ce poate fi intins.
La final se adauga uleiul si se incorporeaza in coca.
Se imparte coca in doua, se pune in tavi de chec si se da la cuptor 40-50 min , la foc potrivit.
Si gata painicaaa!!!

INGREDIENTS 
500 gr flour 
Pinch of salt 
400-500 ml warm water 
25 g fresh yeast 
2 tablespoons oil 


PREPARATION 
Flour and salt put in bowl. 
Dissolve yeast in warm water and put it  over flour. Put water from time to time until you  get a dough that can be stretched. 
Finally add oil and incorporate it in the dough.

Divide dough in half, place in loaf pans and bake 40-50 minutes at medium heat.
