Friptura mixta cu bere cu lamaie



INGREDIENTE
1 pui de casa
500 gr costita cruda
sare
piper
praf de usturoi
boia
200 ml apa
200 ml bere cu lamaie

Puiul se spala si se transeaza. Costita se taie bucati .

Se aseaza in tava si se condimenteaza cu sare, piper, boia, praf de usturoi.

Se adauga apa si berea, si se acopera cu folie de aluminiu.



Se da la cuptorul preincalzit la foc potrivit o ora , se scoate folia si se mai lasa 15-20 min sa se rumeneasca.

INGREDIENTS
1 chicken
500 g raw bacon
salt
pepper
Garlic powder
pepper
200 ml water
200 ml beer with lemon

Wash and cut up the chicken. cut the bacon into pieces.
Put in a tray and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder.
Add water and beer, and cover with aluminum foil.
Bring to a preheated oven at medium heat one hour, remove foil and let 15 to 20 minutes to brown.

    E un deliciu ce ai facut aici;eu asa ceva as servi cu piure de cartofi.
